Data we collect and why
Contact form
Name, email, phone and company (optional), subject and message. Purpose: to answer your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and legitimate interest.
Specification simulator
Email, phone (optional), your answers and the generated document. Purposes: to generate and send you your specification, then follow up with you about it. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps.
Your answers are sent to an artificial intelligence model provider, through the Vercel AI Gateway, solely to write the document. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in the questionnaire.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure traffic and performance in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors.
Security and abuse prevention
To limit spam, we store a salted, hashed fingerprint of the IP address (not the address itself) with each request, and use a bot-detection service.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for the CODERFLIGHT team. It is hosted and processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting, analytics, AI gateway), our PostgreSQL database provider, our email provider and the AI model provider used by the simulator. Where data is transferred outside the European Union, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Messages and requests are kept for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Cookies and local storage
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only uses a technical cookie to remember your language, and your browser's local storage for your preferences (theme, dismissing the information banner).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights: contact@coderflight.com.
