Grande Mosquée de Paris 

Give a very large, multi-generational community a daily companion that is reliable, simple and true to the identity of an iconic institution.

The requirements were demanding: accurate prayer times based on location, timely notifications, an app able to handle Ramadan traffic peaks, and content the Mosque's teams could publish themselves.

We designed a native mobile app for iOS and Android, built first for readability and accessibility.

• Prayer times calculated from the user's location, with scheduled notifications.
• Qibla compass and Quran reader.
• News, events and practical information published from a dedicated back-office.
• A clean, elegant, bilingual interface with adjustable text sizes.

An app published on the App Store and Google Play that accompanies worshippers every day.

Its technical foundation, designed to be reusable, then became the base for other projects such as the Cluster Digital Africa app.
